一审6个月二审3个月 AE这是啥意思 等不起了

投了EJSS，一审大修，二审又大修，一个审稿人接受，一个人拒稿，AE给个大修，不知道修后还会不会给那个审稿人看啊，万一他还不满意，是不是就悲剧了，大家帮我分析一下，等着毕业呢，心里着急啊! Associate Editor's Comments to Author: I have two referee's reports of this resubmitted paper: one recommends to accept, while the other to reject&resubmit. I recommend a major revision. The topic that the authors attempt to address is important in that we need to find methods to deal with XXXXXXXX. The methods is not entirely new in that the approach was first suggested by XXX et al and later used in soil science by XXX et al. The authors propose some improvements in the methodology compared to the XXX et al work and I think that this is valid and the paper warrants publication. However, the authors need to thoroughly address the referee's comments and make it absolutely clear what are the improvements that they bring to the methodology compared to XXX et al. Proof is essential here and not mere assertions. Note that referee 2 feels that his first lot of comments were not adequately addressed. The authors need to do so. I would also urge the authors to include improve the English of the manuscript. |
