投稿系统decision letter已经出来了，但是邮箱里面没收到啊

| 第一篇SCI，等了四十天吧，一审结果Reject (revise and resubmit) ，系统里面有decision letter 但是邮箱里面并没有收到啊，是怎么回事啊，看不到这个 review comments，要直接联系编辑吗 |
