在定向退火过程中，柱状晶的定向生长是柱状晶前端晶界不断向初始晶粒迁移的过程。晶粒长大成柱状晶后，柱状晶彼此接触使柱状晶之间的晶界变成平直晶界而停止了运动。 【翻译】：The directional growth of columnar crystal is a process of columnar grain boundary migration to the initial grain front during directional annealing. After the grains grew into columnar crystals, the columnar crystals in contact with each other so that the grain boundaries between the columnar crystals become straight and stop motion. |

In the directional annealing process, directional columnar crystal growth is a process of columnar grain boundary migration to the front of the initial grain. During directional annealing,the process of columnar crystal directional growth is a grain boundary migration to the initial grain front .After growing into columnar crystal,grain boundaries between the columnar crystals contacted with each other ,the grain boundaries become straight ,and the columnar crystals stoped migrating. 具体的词汇再核对一下！ |
