When the thickness ratio was greater than 10%, the internal friction peak value was at about 0.035, and when the thickness ratio was less than 10%, the internal friction peak was at around 0.0004. The effect of thickness ratio on system internal friction was very low, which may be duo to the high temperature background friction (HTB) was existed in system internal friction and therefore, the effect of the thickness ratio on the internal friction peak was hided. So that the influence of thickness ratio on internal friction really displayed only HTB was deducted.
