我的文章投出去好久要求大修，提了好多意见，有些意见我不知道怎么回答，麻烦知道的虫友们帮我看看，非常感谢！
1.In Tables 1-2, not all of the proteins for that particular experiment are included in the Table. For example, Table 1 lists 31 proteins whereas 149 were identified by MS analysis. Why was only a portion shown what were the criteria for inclusion or exclusion?
因为MS后的结果很多，而且我参考有些蛋白组学文章只是列出了一些我比较感兴趣的蛋白，没有将所有的蛋白列出，现在编辑问我为什么只列出了一部分，录入和排除的原则，要是我的回答是因为蛋白太多，一一列出表格很大，所以列出了一些我比较感兴趣的蛋白，应该很不严谨，希望虫友们给点建议，如何回答比较好。
2.The protein identification in Tables 1-3 should minimally also include a column delineating the number of confidently identified peptides used for protein identification. A false discovery rate (FDR) for the overall data set would also be welcome.
不是很明白什么意思，应该是让我在表格里加入什么。A false discovery rate (FDR)是什么?
3.I would recommend that you have a look at the contaminant repository for affinity purification mass spectrometry data (http://www.crapome.org/) to determine if these are common contaminants that are seen in protein interaction analyses and assess your data accordingly (Mellacheruvu et al. 2013. Nature Methods 10:730-736).
