求助the paper is not readable 是什么情况啊 已有36人参与

虫子们，刚投了篇稿子，2天不到杂志社回了个邮件，不太好的消息，内容如下，说上传的文件不可读，不知道是我们上传的文件格式不对啊，还是说我们的内容没有阅读的价值，求遇到过这种情况的虫子们给个建议吗？万分感谢！散币50~~ 要不要给编辑发个邮件询问下呢~求建议~~ 07-Jul-2014 Dear Dr. Lei: I have considered your paper but regret to inform you that I unfortunately feel it unsuitable for the peer review process for the International Journal of Production Research because the file submitted is not readable.
