abstract:purpose:To study the chemical compositions of Lomatogonium rotatum"s water decoction in the urine of the model rat which was induced acute liver damage by D-GlaN. Method:The model rats were injected by adominal injection of D-GlaN to gain acute liver damage.The chemical compositions in the urine of model rats which were fed Lomatogonium rotatum's water decoction have been analyzed the method of HPLC.The detection wavelength was 280nm.The mobile phase are methanol and water，Flow rate was 1.0ml/min，The column temperature is 35 ℃，Gradient elution，The results， 25 peaks were found in the drug-containing urine. three original ingredients of drug,ten metabolites,the remaining components were the urine-derived ingredients. conclusion: The chemical compositions of Lomatogonium rotatum's water decoction in the urine of the model rat have been analyzed more comprehensive by this method,this method have provided the basis to further study Lomatogonium rotatum.仅供参考 |
