Data-Analytics.html We have PhD positions available in the Optimisation and Decision Analytics Group, working within a variety of projects across four topic areas. Distributed & Strategy-Aware Decision Analytics (Ref. DA-WP1) 3 PhD positions, working with Dr. Ken Brown and Professor Barry O??Sullivan. Decision Analytics & Computational Social Choice (Ref. DA-WP2) 3 PhD positions, working with Dr. Nic Wilson and Dr. Ken Brown. Decision Analytics and Incomplete/Evolving Problems (Ref. DA-WP4) 1 PhD position, working with Professor Gregory Provan. Constraints and Optimisation (Ref.RN-WP1) 2 PhD positions, working with Professor Barry O??Sullivan. We have a PhD position available in the Recommender Systems Group, working within the area of: Analytics for Customer Support (Ref. RS-WP1) 1 PhD position, working with Dr. Derek Bridge. Applicants should hold a good honours undergraduate or Masters degree in computer science or a closely related discipline such as mathematics. Ideally applicants will be able to demonstrate an interest in both theoretical and software engineering skills, with a keen interest in algorithms, artificial intelligence, and related areas. The successful applicant will receive total funding of approximately ?18,000 for up to four years and an annual contribution of ?5,500 towards tuition fees. Deadline: Until filled.
