The submarine's radiated noise is the signals that the passive sonobuoys detect and track targe and will be changed with its motion velocity. The ocean environment characters such as the sea state also have influnce on the submarine avoiding the passive sonobuoys detection. The models of the submarine's motion and the sea state were established, and according to the passive sonar equation and the detection theory, the submarine's evasion effection were researched and simulated. The results show that the speed and the sea state have an important effect on the submarine's evasion, which is significant for subamrine's hydroacoustic counterment.

In coordinated Anti-submarine Warfare,informations produced by ASW platforms were often conflicting and decisions were hard to make. In fact the problem is the data processing that combines data collected from different sources. The transferable model is endowed with rules for combining belief functions generated by distinct pieces of evidence and for weighting the collected belief functions. Using the model and its rules, the problem of submarine detection in coordinated ASW is sloved. And the methods can be extended to stove the problem such as the case that the conflicting informations exits.
