It's crucial for the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) and investors to choose companies suitable for GEM. The companies in the Zhongguanchun Science Park which listed in the share transfer market (in this paper said: the "new third plate" capital market) may have greater possibility of listing in GEM. This paper compares companies' growth in the "new third plate" capital market, with the information technology industry as representatives, through the Catastrophe Progression Method. In this paper, the authors use 12 indicators in five aspects to establish an evaluation system for enterprises' growth. Then, the authors draw a sequence for companies' growth.
