It has been showed possess singificant anti-complementary activity by inhibition of the complement system in various auto-immune disorders. For examples: rheumatoid arthritis, and acute respiratory distress syndrome. As a clearly results, we observed that the leave and bark extracts of EUO both effective in health and immune diseases. However, the relation of crude polysaccharides and a protein-bound polysaccharide (EWDS-2) need to be further investigation. |
