EUO叶片提取物在幼猪和成年猪的实验测试了免疫活性。当混合液的血液指标和肉质参数浓度达3-5%时，它可以持续调节白细胞，红细胞和血小板水平。特别是混合液当中的各种萜烯衍生物对白细胞的效应,包括B淋巴细胞和T淋巴细胞。在这过程中,他们通过抑制lipolysahide（LPS）诱导白细胞增殖,同时,通过小鼠淋巴细胞的MTT分析方法显示它们并没有细胞毒作用。结果表明，EUO叶片的萜烯衍生提取物通过抑制lipolysahide（LPS）调节免疫系統的B淋巴细胞和T淋巴细胞增殖。然而, 對於红细胞和血小板的活性機制需要進一步探討。 The leaves extracts EUO on immune activity were tested by the growth and finishing pigs experiments. The mixed solution was found in blood parameters and meat quality parameters with concentration at 3% - 5%, and it have to be keep regulation levels of leukocytes, erythrocytes, and platelets. Especially in mixed solution of a variety of terpene derivatives on leukocytes response, including B-lymphocyte and T-lymphocytes. In this processes, they goes through inhibition of lipolysahide (LPS) to induce leukocytes proliferation. Furthermore, they did not show a cytotoxic effect in murine lymphocytes using MTT assay. The results indicated that the terpene derivatives from leaves extract of EUO by inhibiting lipolysahide (LPS) to regulation of B-lymphocyte and T-lymphocytes proliferation in immune systems. Howover, the mechanism and acive component on both erythrocytes and platelets will need to be further studied. |
