The extracts of EUO leaves on immune activity were tested by the growth and finishing pigs experiments. The mixed solution was found in blood parameters and meat quality parameters with concentration at 3% - 5%, and it is helpful to keep regulation levels of leukocytes, erythrocytes, and platelets.Especially a variety of terpene derivatives in mixed solution have derivatived on leukocytes response, including B-lymphocyte and T-lymphocytes.In this processe,they went through inhibition of lipolysahide (LPS) to induce leukocytes proliferation.Furthermore,they did not show a cytotoxic effect in murine lymphocytes using MTT assay.The results indicated that the terpene derivatives from leaves extract of EUOregulate B-lymphocyte and T-lymphocytes proliferation in immune systems by inhibiting lipolysahide (LPS).Howover, the mechanism and acive component on both erythrocytes and platelets will be needed to study more. |
