投稿两次悲剧，求大牛指点投稿方法和期刊 已有2人参与

小弟用格子boltzmann方法研究了多孔介质的形状对两相流动的影响，以及单相流体在多孔介质内的流动与实验结果的对比。 投稿到international Journal of heat and fluid flow，给的意见是： As a matter of procedure before a manuscript is sent for review, I examine its contents to confirm that the material lies within the scope of the journal. Our interest primarily lies in the analysis of dynamics in flows with and without heat transfer. Your study while focusing on an interesting problem lacks such an analysis and focuses on more global flow parameters. In addition, there is minimal validation of results which is of some concern since velocity stencil is D2Q9 and D3Q15 rather than the more common D2Q19 D3Q27. For these reasons I have decided not to pursue the peer review process for this manuscript. 感觉给的意见都很牵强，而且笼统不具体。求大牛指点应该投哪个期刊比较合适？ |
