3个审稿人都没有给拒，编辑给拒，这种情况是否可以申诉一下？ 已有42人参与

Yours sincerely, 这个是审稿人1#： Reviewer #1: The authors have reported on the properties of XXX. While the findings were interesting, there were several major issues with the manuscript. 后面跟了3条修改意见 这个是审稿人2#： Reviewer #2: To authors: The reviewer found that the paper is intriguing to those who XXXXXX. The results are insightful and useful to readers in this field. However, some aspects should be improved before it can be published. Please see the reviewer's comments below. 后面跟了2条修改意见 这个是审稿人3#： Reviewer #3: XXX et.al., reported "XXXXXX". The authors presented interesting results in the present work, though I have some questions. So, I am recommending its publication in "Materials Chemistry and Physics" after the below issues addressed. 后面跟了6条修改意见。 我们老师觉得编辑可能把审稿人的意见理解错了，不知道这种情况是否可以申诉一下？ |
