[求助] 3个审稿人都没有给拒，编辑给拒，这种情况是否可以申诉一下？已有42人参与

三个审稿人虽然没有明确拒掉你的论文
但是都说你的论文有问题
虽然最后一个审稿人说推荐你的论文发表，但是仍然列出了几个问题
第一个审稿人说你的论文有major issue，基本上就是拒掉你的论文了
个人建议是你按照审稿人的意见修改之后再重新投这个期刊，并附上你根据审稿人意见修改的回复。
直接argue的话接收的可能性很低
