This paper develops rocket target laser scattering characteristic simulation software, which has the primary functions of calculating the rocket target's laser radar cross section (LRCS) and imaging simulation. This software supports the whole simulation process, including target modeling, experimental test of the simulation, result analysis, and so on. Finally, the corresponding laser active imaging experiment is performed, and the imaging system specifications and performance are validated.
