一审的意见很正面，二审去拒稿了，可以申诉吗？ 已有12人参与

投的polymer engineering and science，一审的意见很好，只让删掉一组图，再补充一下introduction。 二审因为拖了80多天了，自己发了一封催稿信，老板又坚持发了一封催稿信，第三天就被拒稿了。 拒稿理由先是说了一大堆他们每年要看多少文章，但只能出版15%左右，很忙之类的。然后提了三个理由：1.discussion不够充分，2.和文献中的数据没有对比（一审中没有说到）；3.对reviewer1的回复不清晰。 这种情况可以申诉吗？可以的话该如何写？谢谢了 |

你好，申诉的结果出来了，副主编的回复摘要如下： We rarely reverse our decisions, unless we make mistakes in the editorial process. In this case, we studied all the materials carefully before taking the decision. The way it stands, the manuscript needs to be rewritten with more emphasis given on new findings and their scientific discussions. My first preference is still a new submission (if you choose to do so). I will reluctantly look at another revision of the paper and give you feedback. Please send me the manuscript directly. If there are satisfactory improvements, we will discuss how we can accommodate an upload at PES website. 他先说不想再看到revision，后面又说让我直接发给他revision看看，囧 |
