In response to this situation, we proposed a business process optimization method for execution efficiency based on queuing theory to improve the efficiency of the whole process by reducing execution time of service request and interaction time interval of a single service .
In this article , we proposed a two-stage and service copy strategy which produced a certain number of copies for some key service and place them reasonably .First, we analyzed the social network characteristics of research community of application and service of cloud computing for service copy pre-placement . Then based on the number of requests ,the processor load, and other features, dynamic scheduling of service requests were performed by the use of queuing theory for the copy .
