相应的，我们提出了一种基于排队论的业务流程执行效率优化方法。通过缩短单个服务请求的执行时间和服务间的交互时间来提高整个流程的执行效率。 文章中，我们提出了一个两阶段服务副本策略，针对部分关键服务产生一定数量的副本，并对其进行合理的放置。首先我们分析了科研社区云的应用服务间的社会网络特征，对服务副本进行预放置。然后根据请求数量和处理机负载等特征，利用排队论对副本和服务请求进行动态调度。 |

In response to this situation, we proposed a business process optimization method for execution efficiency based on queuing theory to improve the efficiency of the whole process by reducing execution time of service request and interaction time interval of a single service . In this article , we proposed a two-stage and service copy strategy which produced a certain number of copies for some key service and place them reasonably .First, we analyzed the social network characteristics of research community of application and service of cloud computing for service copy pre-placement . Then based on the number of requests ,the processor load, and other features, dynamic scheduling of service requests were performed by the use of queuing theory for the copy . |
