The teacher of computer professional English course introduced content in various aspects of computer technology through articles in computer science, including Computer Basics, Operation System, Programming Language, Program Design Basics, Data Structure and Algorithm, Software Engineering, Data Base System, Network and Internet, Computer Graphics and Image, E-commerce, Artificial Intelligence, Multimedia Expertise, so as to enhance the computer-related knowledge points and the correspondence between English and Chinese terminology. Content and terminology of the course cover a great range, are both practical and professional. Great attention was paid to the training of personnel for application. I also studied English literatures such as FAN X. Workflow Automation and Management in the Real Estate Office Automation System: Intelligent Information Technology Application Workshops、ZHANG Y. The Design and Application of Graphical Workflow Technology to Office System:Internet Technology and Applications、 El-Omari S, Moselhi O. Integrating automated data acquisition technologies for progress reporting of construction projects on my own, and thus enlarged my range of knowledge. After learning computer professional English, I mastered huge amounts of scientific and professional English words, got familiar with basic rules of scienctific English, improved the reading ability for English literatures in computer science, got the ability to understand professional information in computer hardware, software and application, to read instructions of computer and related parts efficiently, and to understand operation tips and help information of all kinds of software. |
