A was used to be the raw material,ethyl alcohol was used as the solvent in this experiment,under the condition of 80 ℃, substitution and reduction reaction occured to generate B when adding sodium hydrosulfite and sodium hydrosulphide.Then,ring-formation reaction took place with methyl alcohol at 70 ℃ and C was generated.Substitution reaction occured under the condition of 120 ℃ to generate D by the product generated last step and iodobenzene when taking CsCO3, CuI, Pd (Pph3) 4 as the catalyst,DMF as the solvent.Then oxidation reaction took place with MCPBA and the product dissolved by dichloromethane at room temperature,activating the pyridine ring, finally backflow happened by using activation product and phosphorus oxychloride at 115 ℃,replacing the pyridine ring four and the end-product E was generated. |
