帮忙确定一下澳大利亚的邮件里提示需要准备的材料吧？

准备去访学，那边的教授通知了秘书，秘书发给我这封邮件，最后一条看不太明白具体指什么？论坛里的朋友可帮我确定一下吗？刚开始办理，很多不太明白的地方 This means you need to speak to your nearest Australian Embassy or Consulate.
