Much more comprehensive evaluations are needed for journal publication.
The authors need to further improve the technical writing and presentation of the paper.
Additional suggestion: It would be desirable if the authors can cite some updated references so that the readers
can see current trends of the broad domain. Some open-access journals, which provide full article contents free
of charge, may be helpful for updating the references with the current trends, like for example:
