能否帮看一下这个EL的审稿意见？

各位高手，昨天收到了EL的审稿意见，发现没有具体的修改意见，能否帮看看我如何修改才好？谢谢！ Engineering Letters Paper No.: EL_2014_04_08b Paper Title: Research on Pre-identification and Real Time Early Warning of Coal and Gas Outbursts Ratings: 5=excellent, 4=good, 3=average, 2=poor, 1= unacceptable 1. Presentation Overall format (1-5) : [ 3 ] Abstract (1-5) : [ 3 ] Figures and tables clarity (1-5) : [ 3 ] English (1-5) : [ 3 ] 3. Recommendation (tick one) Accept : [ ] Accept with minor revision : [ ] Accept with major revision : [ x ] Recommend for IAENG conference instead : [ x ] Reject : [ ] 4. Brief summary and further comments for the author(s) if any for improvement of the paper. (Use a separate sheet if necessary) The results are not significant enough for journal publication yet. Much more comprehensive evaluations are needed for journal publication. The authors need to further improve the technical writing and presentation of the paper. Additional suggestion: It would be desirable if the authors can cite some updated references so that the readers can see current trends of the broad domain.
