| 经济的发展和科技的进步为电子商务开辟了无比广阔的前景，在全球信息化大势所驱的影响下，各国的电子商务不断的改进和完善，电子商务己成为21世纪先进生产力的标志之一。作为一种信息时代国际通行的商务模式，电子商务观念正不断深入人心。而在我国，计算机与网络技术的普及与发展，电子商务迅速崛起，网上交易发展也步入了一个新台阶。电子商务的深入发展引发了一场广泛、深刻的商业变革。电子商务作为网上交易的重要商务活动之一，其存在的巨大经济潜力，使得许多企业都跃跃欲试，虽然这一新经济状态下的商务形态有着光明的前景，但也而临着许多问题。经历了网络泡沫的中国电子商务，目前已经进入平稳发展阶段，前景非常看好，但是电子商务在未来的发展道路上，其问题依然不少。因此，现在应展望电子商务的发展趋势，理清目前存在的问题并提出相应对策，这样就更有利于新形势下我国电子商务的持续、快速、健康地发展。 |

The development of economy and the progress of science and technology have opened up a very broad prospect for e-commerce,and the e-commerce of all countries are continuously improved and perfected under the influence of the trend of global informationization,and the e-commerce has become one of the symbols of advanced productivity for the 21st century.The concept of e-commerce is continuously going deep into popular feeling as a kind of commercial model accepted internationally in the age of information.The electronic commerce in our country rises rapidly due to the popularization and development of computer and network technology,and the development of online trading also steps into a new stage.The further development of e-commerce has caused a widespread and profound reform for commerce.The e-commerce exists huge economic potential as one of the important business activities of online transactions,which has made many companies want to try, although the commercial form of this new economic condition has bright prospect,it also faces with many problems.The Chinese e-commerce at present has already entered the stage of steady development and has a good prospect after going through the internet bubble of e-commerce,however,it still has a lot of problems on the road of development in the future. Therefore,it is high time to have an overall review of the future trends of E-Commerce's development, sort out the existing problems and put forward corresponding actions in order to facilitate a constant, rapid and healthy development of China's E-Commerce in a new situation. |
