[求助] 在Linux上运行NAMD总是意外中断且不报错

我是分子模拟初学者。

在Linux上运行NAMD，总是会意外中断，查看.log文件也没发现报错，温度也正常；用VMD查看体系也没有爆开。
我用restart文件接着跑，过几个小时后又会断了，还是不报错。

另外，我跑的多个NAMD程序经常都在同一时间断开。由于是后台运行，所以应该可以排除断网的原因。

有没有虫友知道可能是什么原因导致的啊？可能是配置文件的问题吗（多个NAMD程序的配置文件相似）？
