两三天前收到小秘的邮件，告诉我他们收到通知，IPRS不再免签证费，诶，澳洲政府这么穷了吗？ 我是西澳大学的IPRS, 别的IPRS holder也收到这样的邮件了吧？所有的学校都这样吧? |

This email is to advise that we have just been informed of a change to the previous policy of exemption from Visa Application Fees for IPRS awardees and their dependants. You will now have to pay the Visa Application Fees for yourself and any family members. This advice replaces the information about the visa application fees in your letter of offer and the IPRS Conditions of Award. When you enrol in your PhD and take up the scholarships, we will give you the updated IPRS Conditions of Award to reflect this policy change which has been made by the Australian Department of Immigration and Border Protection.
