APL投稿三天就杯具，求各位大神分析 已有4人参与

第一次投英文期刊，副编没送审，直接发拒信 ：We have examined your paper, and our consensus is that it does not contain a strong component of new applied physics and does not meet the timeliness requirement for rapid publication in this Letters Journal. We are therefore returning the manuscript so that you can seek publication elsewhere. As you may be aware, we receive many more papers than we can accept, and many of them are in competitive sub-fields. Consequently, we are compelled to reduce our coverage of certain areas, even though they may have appeared in our pages in the past. Such decisions are difficult but are necessary to control the explosion in Journal size. We wish to make it clear that this is not a reflection of the technical quality of your work but rather of our discipline and stringent space limitations. 并推荐了AIP Advances： Note from the Publisher: Please consider whether your manuscript would be more appropriate for AIP Advances (http://aipadvances.aip.org).
