Simulation of PERT networks based on Monte Carlo method was taken as the core, and optimal allocation model of support crew was established to optimize the scheme in the framework of genetic algorithm. Example analysis shows the validity and application of the proposed method with which optimal allocation scheme of support crew is found, and critical activities with focus are evaluated.
