The elements with a Wheatstone bridge circuit were fabricated using photolithography. 3. An improved signal including the reduced noise and good magnetic stability was achieved. 4. The magnetostatic coupling can act as a small stabilizing field leading to the coherent rotation of the magnetic moment in the sensitive NiFe layer. |
