The results showed that there are 12 members in this ABP1 gene family , and most of its location in the endoplasmic reticulum, a few on the plasma membrane; Besides the proteins encoded by At4g19647295 across the membrane, the rest are not .The conservative of these 12 protein structure is stronger, and they all possess Auxin_BP and Cupin_2 these two conservative domain; And divided into two subfamily. Abstract:The known gene sequences of Arabidopsis auxin binding protein (ABP1) were compared with the whole genome sequences of the four Poaceae species of sorghum vulgar , rice/oryza sativa, maize, and two leave Brachypodium distachyon .Other auxin binding protein of the four Poaceae species were identified and sequence alignment , synteny ,and gene family phylogenetic analysis of ABP1 gene family were performed to investigate the gene conserved domain and its action mechanism ,and ,genetic evolution mechanism . The results showed that Arabidopsis, sorghum, rice, maize, two leave Brachypodium ABP1 protein have 12 high homology sequence gene, the majority of which located in the endoplasmic reticulum, a few in the plasma membrane.Except At4g19647295 encoded protein, the remaining are not transmembrane protein. All 12 proteins are highly conserved structure and all have Auxin_BP and Cupin_2 two conserved domain and divided into two subfamilies.
