Abstract: The safety monitoring system is one of the most essential components for the safety protection system in the production process of the coal mine. The number of power electronic equipment such as inverter and other monitoring systems for has risen steadily. This paper introduces the principle of electromagnetic interference and the working principle of the inverter. We summed up the impact of the inverter to the monitoring system, carried out our solution method to the inverter harmonic interference phenomena which may cause side effects to the hardware. In the application field, this paper has also made a certain reference and guidance to the mine safety production. © 2014 Taylor & Francis Group.
