大家好，鉴于本人英语较差，希望各位虫虫可以帮我翻译翻译呗，小女子在此感激不尽。 食品中铬含量测定常用的方法是石墨炉原子吸收光谱法, 一般采用的前处理方法有干法灰化和传统的湿式消解法（硝酸+高氯酸的消解方法）。本实验中采用了一种新的前处理方法—硝酸+硫酸+过氧化氢（过氧化氢浓度为30%）的湿式消解法，用以替代传统的消解方法，再用石墨炉原子吸收法测定马铃薯中铬的含量。结果表明，该新方法操作安全，简单，消解完全，结果准确，可以作为选择方法在实际工作中应用推广。 |

| The method used commonly to determine the content of chromium in the food is graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry, and pretreatment methods usually use dry ashing and traditional wet digestion method(nitric acid+ perchloric acid). The new pretreatment method that is a wet digestion method with nitric acid + sulfuric acid+ hydrogen peroxide(30% of concentration) is used to replace the traditional in the experiment,then measure the content of chromium in potato by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. The results show that the new method can be used as a selection method applied in the actual work with safe operation, simpleness, complete digestion and accurate results. |
