帮忙翻译一下哈,论文要用 一个有眼光的企业,一定是把员工当作一种宝贵的人才资源来经营。而在人才经营的过程中组织公平感与员工满意度不仅直接关系着企业的生产效率、顾客感知和利润水平,而且还能有效地反映组织绩效和企业管理中存在的问题,帮助企业进行自我诊断。可见公平问题和员工满意度问题的研究是人力资源管理的重要课题。 本研究立足于房地产行业,以洛阳康鑫置业有限公司为研究对象,针对该公司进行问卷调查,对收集的数据进行统计分析,并通过(分配公平、程序公平、互动公平)三个基本维度和(薪酬、工作、晋升、管理、环境)五个影响员工满意度的因素进行分析。探讨该公司组织公平感与员工满意度中存在的问题和两者间存在的关系,结合实际提出提升员工满意度的建议。 |

A visionary company, the employees must be treated as a valuable human resources to operate. Talent management and organization in the process of justice and satisfaction not only directly related to production efficiency, customer perception and profit levels, but also effectively reflect organizational performance and business management problems to help companies self-diagnosis . Visible fairness and employee satisfaction research problem is an important issue of human resource management. This study is based on the real estate industry, to Luoyang Xin Kang Properties Limited for the study, conducted the survey for the company, the data collected for statistical analysis, and through (distributive justice, procedural justice, interactional justice) and three basic dimensions factors (salary, job, promotion, management, environmental) impact of five employee satisfaction analysis. To explore a sense of fairness in the company's organization and satisfaction of both the problems and the existence of the relationship between the actual recommendations made to improve employee satisfaction. |

An enterprise with foresight would definitely manage employees as valuable human resources. In the process of talents management, organizational justice and employee satisfaction are not only related to the production efficiency, customers' perception and profit level of a company, but also can reflect the the problems that exist in organizational performance and enterprise management, so as to help the company to make self-diagnosis. It is thus clear that justice and satisfaction is an important subject in human resources management. From the perspective of property industry, this research chose Luoyang-Kangxin Company Limited as its target and made a questionnaire in it. By analyzing the collected data from three basic dimensions(distributive justice, procedural justice and interactive justice) and five factors influencing the employee satisfaction(pay, job, promotion, management, and environment), this paper will discuss the problems of organizational justice and employee satisfaction as well as their relations, and propose suggestions combined with real requirements to improve satisfaction. |
