| As a beneficial complement to formal finance ,the private lending /non-governmental credit loan was of paramount importance to China's economy and society and ,however,its long-term development was greatly restricted by insufficient external supervision, weak internal constraint ,and so forth.Firstly ,to begin with the status quo and from the economic system, administration control and risk supervision point of view ,the faced difficulties of China's private lending were analysed .Finally,based on the investigation of Wenzhou private lending and previous research material and and author's practical experience ,proposals of the development and reformation of China's private lending were recommended . |

| In China’s economic society, as a useful supplement for formal finance ,private lending is playing an important role in the development of capital markets, however, the insufficient external supervision and lacking internal constraint are restricting the development of our country folk lending market in the long-term. In this paper, we’ll start from the current situation of our country folk lending market, respectively from the aspects such as economy, government control, risk supervision to analysis the difficulties faced by our country folk lending market. Based on the investigation to Wenzhou private lending market, and in combination with other research material and practical experience, this paper put forward some suggestions for the development and reform of our country folk lending market. |
