关于EST投稿被编辑以写作水平达不到杂志要求被拒后的是否重投 已有1人参与
编辑拒稿理由是这样的：“In the particular case of your manuscript, there is a major problem. I have no wish to alienate a prospective author, but the writing in your paper falls below the expected literary standard of the journal. There are services both within and outside the American Chemical Society that could assist you in this regard. I urge you to take advantage of such assistance. Regrettably, the poor writing tends to obscure a potentially important development in wastewater technology.”我修改后是重投还是改投其他杂志？
