In my opinion it does not provide any valuable information about the digital implementation itself, e.g. the discrete-time model of the plant or the stability analysis of the closed-loop system. The authors only provide general information and do not go into the details of any aspect. In order to better appreciate the contribution of your work I would recommend to focus the attention of your paper into a particular aspect of the implementation and go into the very details of it providing valuable information to the reader. Reviewer: 2 Comments to the Author This paper does not include an advance in power electronics, but show a good engineering example. For publication, this paper should be revised. First, it is better to find some alternative terms of former and latter inverters. In the paper, the former inverter and the high frequency transformer part is a typical phase-shifted full bridge converter. You may use some other words, for example, pre- or post processing stages. Second, the design procedure should be more detailed. Third, the use of the certain microprocessor may be omitted. Fourth, although the authors have claimed 'digital control', I don't see any significant advance or important content for 'digital control'. Please add more analysis based on digital control theory in power electronics. Otherwise, it is better not to emphasize 'digital'. Fifth, the English language should be improved.
