大家看看APS期刊的审稿回复，这算是重投吗？
编辑的回复如下：
The Physical Review editors wish to accept only papers that, in addition to being scientifically sound, are important to the field and significantly advance physics. The appended comments suggest that these acceptance criteria are not met, and that the manuscript is better suited for a more specialized journal.
However, if you believe that you can address this criticism, we will give further consideration. Should you resubmit, please include a summary of the changes you have made and a brief response to all points raised by the referees.
