审稿意见 it should be improved c.q. amended significantly， c.q.什么意思？ 已有5人参与

This manuscript is not particularly strong and I doubt whether it should be published. However, if considered for publication nevertheless, it should be improved c.q. amended significantly. The Results and Discussion sections are overlapping and this overlap has to be eliminated. The number of references is too large, and can easily be reduced by 25%. The manuscript contains many typographical and grammatical errors. As this is concerned, the manuscript has to be improved significantly as well. 有遇见过这样情况的吗？ c.q.什么意思？谢谢！ |
