[求助] 发现很多做陶瓷时候先压再烧然后又磨了再压和烧,为什么 已有1人参与

看到这样的过程,我觉得颇为蛋疼,好不容易压好了高温烧结了竟然又磨细了重来,举个例子:
The β-CS powders were prepared by the chemical precipitated reaction of
Ca(NO3)2·4H2O with Na2SiO3·9H2O. Briefly, 1000 ml of 0.4 mol Ca(NO3)2·4H2O
solution was vigorously stirred at room temperature, and 1000 ml of 0.4 mol
Na2SiO3·9H2O solution was added dropwise over 40~60 min to produce a white
precipitate. After stirring for 12 h, the precipitate was filtered, and washed three
times with distilled water followed by one-time wash with ethanol. The white
precipitate was dried at 80 C overnight and calcined at 800 C for 2 h to obtain β-CS
powders. Then, the obtained β-CS powders were uniaxially pressed into disks under
a pressure of 10 MPa. Subsequently, they were sintered in air at 1070 C for 3 h. After
sintering, the disks were triturated and sieved to obtain β-CS particulates with a size
of 150~300 mm.——引自一篇2013年的biomaterials。
本科时候做过陶瓷,所以大致知道流程,但也不深入,所以希望解答(两次压烧之间有个磨,筛的过程,但是如果只是为了实现颗粒小,那么直接磨,筛也行啊)

提高颗粒的致密度以及均匀性,从而达到二次烧结时致密度提高和晶粒均匀性提高
