Abstract: In order to filter out Dendrobium subculture from buds best medium to 1/2MS basic medium, studies comparing the NAA ,6-BA, organic additives, bananas and potatoes and other factors on growth conditions Dendrobium impact. The results show that: the best medium for seed germination: 1/2MS + NAA0.1mg / L + Pt15% + sugar 30g / L + agar 3.6g / L, the best growth medium for the generation of seedlings: 1/2MS + NAA0.5 mg / L + 20% + potato juice, sugar 20g / L + agar 3.6g / L; second-generation seedlings the best medium for the proliferation of seedlings: 1/2MS + NAA1.0 mg / L +6- BA0.5 mg / L + potatoes juice, 20% + sugar 20g / L + agar 3.6g / L, the proliferation rate could reach 5.31; three generations of seedlings the best medium for the proliferation of seedlings: 1/2MS + NAA1.5 mg / L + 20% + potato juice, sugar 20g / L + agar 3.6g / L; optimum rooting medium was: 1/2MS + NAA1.5 mg / L + 10% + mashed potatoes, sugar 20g / L + agar 3.6g / L, rooting rate can reach a hundred percent.

Abstract: To screen out the most suitable medium for the subculture multiplication of cluster buds of Dendrobium officinale, we studied the influences of such factors as NAA, 6-BA, as well as organic additives banana and potato on the growth status of Dendrobium officinale by using 1/2MS as the basic medium.  The results showed that the best medium for the germination of seeds is 1/2MS + NAA 0.1 mg/L + Pt 15% + sugar 30 g/L + agar 3.6 g/L; the best medium for the growth of F1 generation seedlings is 1/2MS + NAA 0.5 mg/L + potato juice 20% + sugar 20 g/L + agar 3.6 g/L; the best medium for the proliferation and strengthening of F2 generation seedlings is 1/2MS + NAA 1.0 mg/L + 6-BA 0.5 mg/L + potato juice 20% + sugar 20 g/L + agar 3.6 g/L (the proliferation rate is up to 5.31%); the best medium for the proliferation and strengthening of F3 generation seedlings is 1/2MS + NAA 1.5 mg/L + potato juice 20% + sugar 20 g/L + agar 3.6 g/L; the best medium for the rooting is 1/2MS + NAA 1.5 mg/L + mashed potato 10% + sugar 20 g/L + agar 3.6 g/L (the rooting rate is up to 100%).
