Decision: Reject, re-submittal possible
Reports from two referees on your paper have now been received, and are shown below. You will see that Rev 1 is more supportive but Rev 2 rejects the paper on the ground that the study is not sufficiently novel.
They both point out the severe lack of comprehensive coverage of literature as well as adequacy of the various descriptions of the subject matter. Rev 2 further questions the validity of the *** and you are encouraged to present a better validation than simple comparison with the empirical formula of Eq. (3). I think you can best do that after you have gone through all the suggested additional reference papers so that the novelty is enhanced and highlighted more specifically. If you could do that and come back with a significantly revised manuscript, we would be happy to re-consider the manuscript.
If you decide to submit a revised 'new submission', please include a summary for the editor of what is different about the new version,together with any appropriate responses or changes made. A note of the reference number of this manuscript would also be helpful.
