[交流] 3月28日北京J1+J2签证，现在还在check，散金币，攒人品已有9人参与

我是3月28日在北京办的签证，我的是J1，家属的是J2，明天就四周了，现在还是在check中，焦急等待中，求安慰！
顺便问下，如何给大使馆发信，有模板吗？给大使馆发邮件的用处大吗？
国外教授今天问了一次，我说还在AP中。
让国外学校的人力资源部门咨询下相关单位，用处大吗？
对了本人是第一次办签证，此前无出国经历，像我这样还得Check多长时间？求祝福！

呵呵，不用急，才一个月而已，没准儿过几天你就issued啦。我2月10号北京J1面签的，已经74天了，到现在还没有任何update。

可以给你看相关的答复：

我们很抱歉, 你们申请被行政审理了这麽长时间。在面谈时，申请人被告知的行政审理时间是一般正常情况下的时间长度，但请记住，大部分的申请在几周内可以审理完毕，但某些案子的审理时间可能会更长一些。但很遗憾，我们无法提供一个具体准确的审理时间段。
当审理完毕时我们会立即通知你，让你知道你申请的最新状态。对你的继续耐心等待我们表示感谢。

Please keep in mind that our office is not part of the U.S. Department of State, which is the only agency that has authority over visa processing and issuance in the United States. Consequently, we do not have the ability to expedite your visa case or estimate its completion date.
If your visa case meets the eligibility criteria outlined on the top of the Visa Questionnaire, it will be added to our database. It will then be reported to the U.S. Department of State, in an effort to bring urgent visa cases to their attention.
Eligible cases should receive a follow-up message from our office within the next three weeks, although many cases will receive a follow-up message much more quickly. It is important to remember that receiving a follow-up message from our office does not necessarily indicate a change in your case's status. Instead, a follow-up message may simply indicate that the U.S. Department of State has confirmed that your visa application is still undergoing administrative processing.
