The IEEE Microwave Theory and Techniques Society requests support in the form of a page charge at the current rate of $110 per published page to cover the cost of publication. If your organization honors the total page charges, you will receive 100 free reprints. We expect authors to make a conscientious effort to convince their management of the necessity to help finance this professional activity, ensuring the continued vitality of the Letters. PLEASE COMPLETE THIS FORM AND RETURN IT TO THE EDITOR My company or institution 0 agrees to honor the total page charges.
