Congratulations on having the above-referenced paper accepted for publication in IEEE Microwave and Wireless Components Letters.

The IEEE Microwave Theory and Techniques Society requests support in the form of a page charge at the current rate of $110 per published page to cover the cost of publication.  If your organization honors the total page charges, you will receive 100 free reprints.  We expect authors to make a conscientious effort to convince their management of the necessity to help finance this professional activity, ensuring the continued vitality of the Letters.

BILLING PROCEDURE:

The IEEE will request a Purchase Order number when galley proofs are sent to the author. Billing occurs after publication. Under NO circumstance should the bill or requisition be sent to the Editor.

上面是Page Charge 全文，是不是选“My company or institution is unable to honor the page charges.”就不收版面费了？还有下面的Organization Name 和Authorized Signature 怎么填？是不是Organization Nme填实验室的名称，Authorized Signature呢？是不是填大老板的名字？谢谢各位啦！
