[求助] 小修投稿后Revisions Received by Editorial Office收到一封邮件，没看明白

初次投稿JCED, 昨天小修完就投了出去，今天到了此状态Revisions and Resubmissions Received by Editorial Office，同时接到一封邮件，没看懂邮件，麻烦大家帮我看下
