I think a good teacher is a learning-centered teaching supporter.
Give what the student need, provide a good interactive environment
for students and teachers communicate.

You should make a friend with you students so that you can well know them. If you do that, your students will  be much interesting in  your class. In my view, as a teacher you should pay significant attendtion to students' life.
