Mantel 检验中的r、P值

各位虫友，我用TFPGA软件进行Mantel test，结果如下 Analysis of E:\TFPGA11\MANTEL2.MAN Comparison of two 15 x 15 matrices. RESULTS FROM MANTEL TEST. Correlation of two matrices: r = 0.4315 Z from original data: 7292.6020 Average Z after 999 permutations: 6325.4391 1 out of the 999 permuted data sets had Z-scores greater than or equal to the original Z-score. Upper tail probability: p = 0.0020 998 out of the 999 permuted data sets had Z-scores less than or equal to the original Z-score. Lower tail probability: p = 0.9990 出现两个P值，何解？？？？还是说这里的P值不是说明显著性的P值（<0.05）,需要另外算？？？？？ |
