当被应用于基于结构的设计时，计算机辅助药物从头设计方法未必能有效地产生具有生物学意义的结构，例如在设计过程中如果不考虑已知配体的实验测定的结合基序信息…………such as ones that incorporate important receptor interactions这里不知道该怎么组织句子，感觉翻译出来意思不对
